          When you have already lost some weight, you should not be arrogant since you still have to healthy diet behaviors.  Losing weight is very easy but so is gaining it back, so we must stay away some habits to keep the  the weight off 

       Don’t overeat.  Some people will eat more after losing weight, they think she/he is already skinny and feel happy about it. They don’t want to control their “mouth”. Because “once you've lost some weight, it's easy to feel like a splurge is in order. Paragraph1).  It’s easy to absorb some fats a from food. If you don’t want to gain some weight back, please don't overeat. 
Don’t stop to going to gym. When we stop going to gym, we will take the loose muscle and clearing the body line cannot be excepted any more.  When you exercise it can help you transfer fats to muscle. We should know fats’ volume is double with muscle and fats are not healthy for us. Doing more exercise can change your body’s properties. Like, if you are easy-fat body, when you do some exercise at long run, your body will not easy to be fat.   

Don’t consume too much fat. Although our body needs some fat it needs the right type of fats. We need to keep elements of our body to be balance.  Sometimes, fat can maintain our body. Like, in winter, it’s too cold, we need some fat to protect our body. Eating behaviors influence the weight. We need to know how to eat and what kind of food can keep our healthy.
 Some people make a mistakes, they don’t eat before them work out. If people think they are keeping them calorie count down by avoiding grub before workout, but according to the new research. Losing weight was a special experience for me. It made me different and I will never forget it. Before this summer vocation. I was very fat, my friends always had some jokes for me about my weight, like they called me Miss Leg, because my leg is not thin. But I used the vacation time to lost my weight. My boyfriend had broken up with me because of my weight and breakup was what encouraged me to lose my weight. I have already 14 kg. Although I am not yet as I want to be. I am proud of myself. Losing weight was very hard since it takes it lots of insistence. I tried to lose weight for lots of time, I also want to give up, because I used some wrong ways to lose weight. The ways hurt my health and not useful. Unfortunately in the battle to lose weight, some people often choose to lose weight in ways that hurt people’s health, as same as me. It’s not a good decision. I want to show you some good ways to lose weight. These ways I already used it and they were healthy and useful.

First of all. Doing some exercises. I just went to the gym every day and exercised for 2 hours. I also found a gymnasium coach to help me. He made some exercises plan and told me what kind of exercises I should to do. So choose some fit sports was important. You should do aerobics for 45 minutes at least. Because it can improve the ability of your metabolism and help consume the fat then transfer to muscle.

Second, before I lost all of my weight, I never ate breakfast. No breakfast is not a good behavior. From the article, “Tired Of Weight Loss Fads? If you wanted to control your body’s curve, you need to learn how to eat. The morning time was the best time to made metastasis.

Drinking more water was also a good way. I would not like to drink water before losing weight. I liked to drink some beverages which had lots of sugar. These drinks had lots of sugar that can made us fat. Water is the best decision when you feel thirsty. Actually we need to drink 8 bottles of water every day. After doing some exercises I would drink some water. These three ways are best and most important ways to losing the weight. I hope these ways can help someone who wants to losing weight. I really hope some fatty girls are more confidence after losing weight, just like me. Losing weight is for yourself, only you will gets lots of benefit if you losing weight.
